The sole prayer in the present petition is for disposal of the departmental appeal pending before the Divisional Commandant, Home Guards, Chitrakoot Dham against the order dated 20.08.2025 against the District Commandant Home Guards, Mahoba. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the appeal shall be decided by Respondent no.2. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the pending departmental appeal within a period of two months from today.
