The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent no.7- Chief Medical Officer, District Mahoba to decide the representation dated 17.10.2025 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that case of the petitioner is pending since 17.10.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 5. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. 6. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.7-Chief Medical Officer, District Mahoba to decide the repres
