The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Medical Officer in Primary Health Center, Parasa Kutub, Tehsil Bhanpur, District Basti on 06.07.2007 and presently he is a Senior Doctor having Level-3 Cadre. The writ petitioner had been accorded joining in V.R.T.K. District Women Hospital, Basti on 20.09.2013.
