Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for entitlement of Grade salary of Rs.5400/- II-ACP according to law, which has not been decided till date. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. 5. The petitioner is permitted to move a detailed representation before respondent No.2-Director of Treasury, Lucknow within 15 days. If such a representation is made, same shall be decided by him within six months in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment. 6.
