The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent no.3-Finance Controller Police Head Quarter, Allahabad to decide the representation dated 16.4.2025 regarding release of actual family pension in favour of the petitioner. 3. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that representation of the petitioner is pending since 16.4.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 5. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. 6. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3-Finance Controller Police Head Quarter, Allahabad to consider
