The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent no.2 Director Bal Vikas Seva and Pustahar Lucknow to decide the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 keeping in view of the enquiry report No. 309 dated 27.8.2025 submitted by Deputy Commissioner Labour Employment (MANREGA) Etah- respondent No.4 also after calling the exparte alleged enquiry report No. C-167 dated 3.5.2025 by passing a speaking and reasoned order within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that representation of the petitioner is pending since 19.11.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 5. No useful purpose would
