The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the letter dated 14.7.2025 and 3.9.2025 for making payment of Rs.18000/- per month, a minimum pay scale fixed by the department concerned. 3. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that applications of the petitioners is pending since long. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners. 5. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. 6.
