The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed in Indian Army on the post of Hawaldar on 09.07.1998 and he retired on the said post on 01.07.2016 thereafter pursuant to a recruitment exercise undertaken on 14.09.2018 the writ petitioner again re-applied and he was selection on the post of Constable in Civil Police in the month of March, 2020 but on account of pandemic Covid-19 the U.P.
