Heard Shri Kumar Kartikeya, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Awadhesh Kumar Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he is working as a daily wager Mali since 2008. However, he has not been accorded regular status. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that engagement of the writ petitioner is at Rajnarayan Smarak Park Trust and his claim needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.2. 4.
