Pandey (A/R0217/201), learned Advocate holding brief of Shri Neeraj Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Vishal Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a constable. He met with an accident while performing his duty, pursuant to which he resigned on 22.07.1995. He preferred resignation and his resignation was accepted and he worked in Civil Police for 15 years. However, the writ petitioner has not been paid his post-retirement benefits, G.P.F. and other retiral dues/benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.3. 4.
