The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner is posted as Village Development Officer, a show cause notice came to be issued on 01.08.2025 by District Panchayat Raj Adhikari, Fatehpur, to which the writ petitioner submitted its reply on 16.09.2025, but the proceedings have not been decided. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the proceedings are to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Respondent no.2 to decide the said proceedings strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months, f
