The case of the writ petitioner is that he applied for recruitment on the post of Constable (GD) pursuant to an examination conducted in the year 2025 in CAPFs, SSF, Riflemen (G.D.) in AR Sepoy in NCB (DV/DME), the writ petitioner was allotted a roll number, the writ petitioner was declared successful in the written examination and thereafter a date was fixed for DV/DME was 12 November to 14 November, 2025. A call letter was also issued to the writ petitioner for appearing before the medical examination, however, as the ill luck it may be, the writ petitioner was declared unsuccessful in the medical examination conducted on 21.11.2025 on the ground that the writ petitioner was suffering from Tachycardia, Raised Blood Pressure and Trem
