Yasir, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that a punishment of censure entry came to be passed which was subject matter of challenge in Claim Petition No. 914 of 2024 before the UP Public Service Tribunal and the claim petition came to be decided on 23.09.2025. However, according to the writ petitioner, the said judgment is not being complied and he has not been extended the benefits. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the claim of the writ petitioner. 4.
