The grievance of the writ petitioners is that pursuant to the advertisement issued on 16.07.2003, the petitioners were appointed on the post of Health Worker (Female), however, the appointment order was issued post enforcement of the New Pension Scheme on 30.07.2004. The petitioners claim payment of Old Pension Scheme. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioners needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.3. 4.
