The grievance of the writ petitioner is that writ petitioner was appointed as Lekhpal in the year 1984, however, an audit objection was made. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that now the petitioner stands superannuated on 31.08.2022, but the petitioner is not being paid the post retiral benefits and now recovery is sought to be made. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.2. 4. To such a submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection and he gracefully accepts the same. 5.
