The grievance of the writ petitioner is that writ petitioner is working as Sweeper in the Forest Department since 2007, however, now she is not being allowed to perform duty since August, 2025 and the payment of the petitioner be also considered in that regard. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.4. 4.
