Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Tiwari Abhishek Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that order dated 27.08.2022 dispensing with the services of the petitioner in exercise of provisions contained under Uttar Pradesh Police Officers of the Subordinate Ranks (Punishment & Appeal) Rules, 1991 is appealable. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the said position. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before appropriate forum which shall be decided within a period of three months. 5. If there is a delay, it is for the writ petitioner to press justifiable grounds for condonation of delay and this Court has no reasons to disbelieve that the same can be considered strictly in accordance with law.
