Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner was working in Civil Police, who died in harness on 13.07.2022. The writ petitioner had made a representation for appointment on compassionate ground, however, the same was not crystalized, but the writ petitioner is claiming the death-cum-retiral benefits including family pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.3/ S.S.P. Moradabad. 4.
