Heard Sri Nitish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The case of the writ petitioners is that they have worked during pandemic Covid-19 in the Health Department of District Mau are claiming benefit of the Government Order dated 27.08.2025 to be re- employed in the event the health workers are being appointed through outsource agencies or otherwise against the vacant positions, may be, on contract basis. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that recently many appointments have been made by Chief Medical Officer, Mau but the claim of those health workers who are known as corona warriors having discharged their duties during pandemic Covid-19, have been ignored.
