The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner's husband Sanjay Kumar Saini, who was working as Junior Assistant met with an accidental death on 22.08.2025 during the course of employment. The writ petitioner claimed compassionate appointment, however, her claim has not been considered. 3.
