The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner's husband Sanjay Kumar Saini, who was working as Junior Assistant met with an accidental death on 22.08.2025 during the course of employment. The writ petitioner claimed compassionate appointment, however, her claim has not been considered. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
