Though the present writ petition has been preferred for quashing of the suspension order dated 12.06.2025, whereby the writ petitioner has been placed under suspension in contemplation of the inquiry while posted as Head Jail Warder, District Jail, Budaun and a charge sheet has been served upon the writ petitioner on 23.09.2025, to which the writ petitioner has tendered his objection, but till date, inquiry has not been concluded. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the inquiry would be concluded within a period of three months. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of requiring the Disciplinary Authority to conclude the disciplinary proceeding within a period of three months.
