The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed as Passenger Tax/Goods Tax Superintendent and he superannuated on 31.01.2025, however, prior to it, a show cause notice had been issued and a charge sheet came to be served upon the writ petitioner dated 21.01.2025 to which the Inquiry Officer tendered his report on 25.05.2025. According to the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner is not getting the ACP and the other benefits, which he is legally entitled to, and also pay- protection and pay-fixation etc. on the premise that the disciplinary proceeding is pending. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to conclude the proceedings and to accord the monetary benefits, which the writ petitioner is entitled to. 4.
