The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is working since 2008 as a Class-IV employee in the Forest Department and he seeks minimum of pay- scale in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sabha Shankar Dubey vs. Divisional Forest Officer, Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018 decided on 14.11.2018. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
