Heard Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Sri Amit Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner has made a statement at Bar as per the instructions received from his client that the writ petition be dismissed as withdawn with respect to petitioner Nos. 22, 24,, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 42 and 43 with liberty to file afresh before the Court having territorial jurisdiction. 3.
