The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner, who was working on the post of Constable was compulsory retired on 22.04.2010 against which he preferred an appeal, which came to be rejected on 21.06.2010 and revision on 12.10.2010, which was subject matter of challenge in WP No.2045 of 2011 in the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, wherein the writ petition came to be allowed on 11.08.2015, setting aside the order impugned granting all consequential benefits except backwages and thereafter the writ petitioner was promoted on the post of Head Constable and is presently posted in Jhansi, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid the first and the second ACP and consequential promotions in that regard. 3.
