The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was transferred on 03.06.2022 from Kannauj to GRP, Lucknow, but he has not been relieved. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
