The grievance of the writ petitioner is that so far as the writ petitioner no.1 is concerned, he was engaged as Seasonal Collection Peon on 05.01.1990, petitioner no.2 on 01.03.1989, petitioner no.3 on 01.02.1989, petitioner no.4 on 23.01.1992 and petitioner no.5 on 01.05.1991. The writ petitioners claim that they have worked till 01.04.2023, but they have not been engaged/regularized, whereas juniors to them have been accorded benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
