The grievance of the writ petitioner is that writ petitioner was appointed as Veterinary Officer and promoted on the post of Deputy Chief Veterinary Officer in the year 2016 and further promoted on the post of Chief Veterinary Officer in the year 2023. A departmental proceeding stood initiated against the petitioner and he was suspended and suspended order was revoked and he came to be superannuated on 31.07.2025. Prayer in the present petition is for payment of salary for the period of 21.03.2025 to 31.07.2025 along with salary for the period of suspension from 20.06.2024 to 20.03.2025 and retiral benefits. 3.
