Heard Sri Shyam Babu Vaish, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Grievance of the writ petitioner is that he while being posted as Junior Assistant in the office of District Disability Empowerment Officer, Aligarh has been transferred to the office to Lalitpur. He submits that there are certain personal problems coupled with other circumstances pursuant to which he has challenged the transfer order and cannot join the transfer place. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that whatever might be, it is for the writ petitioner to take a call and the writ petitioner may approach the authority raising his grievances. 4.
