Pandey, Advocate (Advocate Roll No.A/B- 0150/2012) holding brief of Sri Vidhya Shanker Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Grievance of the writ petitioner is that on 21.08.2025 an order came to be passed for holding of the enquiry to submit enquiry report following by another order dated 13.10.2025. Further relief has been sought for quashing of the communication dated 06.10.2025 and 30.10.2025 for appearing in the disciplinary proceedings for submission of defence. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner while working as police official had discharged his duties in official capacity and further according to him the enquiry proceedings are without authority. 4. On a pointed query, learned Standing Counsel submits that whatever might be it is for the writ petitioner to contest the sa
