Heard Sri Gaurav Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent Nos.1 to 6. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has also applied for the post of Aganwadi Karyakatri, however, regarding the entitlement of respondent No.7, a complaint was lodged against the petitioner pursuant to which enquiry has been set up. Prayer in the writ petition for conclusion of the enquiry. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has invited the attention of Court towards page 23 of the paper book so as to contend that the petitioner may not be qualified particularly when her income is much more as required. 4. Be that as it may be, since according to the respondents, enquiry has been set up, the same be concluded most expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. December
