Heard Sri Soumyesh Dutt Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Girijesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5. 2. A statement has been made by learned Standing Counsel that he does not propose to file any further affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided. 4. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Clerk by order of the District Basic Education Officer, Shahjahanpur on 21.10.2000 and he took charge on 31.10.2000 and thereafter he was promoted on the post of Senior Clerk on 03.01.2006 and superannuated on 31.10.2022. Since the petitioner was not being accorded leave encashment, he preferred Writ-A No.12491 of 2025
