They seek to rely upon the judgment in Special Appeal No. 172 of 2023 (State of U.P. and 6 others v. Ram Jeet Tiwari (H. Con.) and 6 others, decided on 19.04.2023. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the grievance of the writ petitioners. 4.
