Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri Surendra Pal, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Vivek Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that from 1997 to 2017, he worked as a seasonal collection peon and despite vacancies being available against which the writ petitioner can be accommodated, but he was not allowed to perform duty. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.2. 4.
