Heard Shri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Vivek Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a constable on 16.10.1998 and he was granted the first ACP after completing 10 years of service. He was further promoted to the post of Sub-Inspector based on ranker examination. However, the writ petitioner has not been paid the second ACP. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar and looking into the overall facts and situation, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with the self- attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of this order
