The case of the writ petitioner is that he is a permanent employee under the second respondent-the Milk Commissioner, Department of Dairy Development, U.P., Lucknow and working as a Government Milk Supervisor. The writ petitioner was transferred from District Allahabad to District Fatehpur and was relieved on 30.8.2018. The writ petitioner submitted his joining on 01.09.2018. It is also the contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that there is no independent or separate office of the District Development Department in District Fatehpur and employees transferred to Fatehpur submit their joining at Divisional Office, Prayagraj, as their salary also drawn from Divisional Office, Prayagraj.
