Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Instructions filed today is taken on record as Appendix 'A'. 2. Heard Shri Devendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Shri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he is a diploma holder in Civil Engineering from Handia Polytechnic Handia. According to the writ petitioner, as per the scheme floated on 4.7.2006, pursuant to the provisions contained in the Government of India, MGNREGA Rules, 2005, the writ petitioner applied for engagement and was appointed as a Technical Assistant, assuming charge on 9.10.2006. However, now orders dated 26.8.2025 and 30.8.2025 have been passed by the Block Development Officer, Dhobhi, Jaunpur, relieving the writ petitioner from his engagement on the ground that he has attained the age of 62 years. 4.
