Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri Majahar Ali, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Vijay Lal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was initially appointed as a Photo Machine Operator on 28.2.1987 then appointed as a Junior Assistant on 18.01.2013 and Senior Assistant on 29.06.2021 and retired on 31.03.2023. However, the writ petitioner has not been accorded the balance amount of Rs. 1,55,170/- towards GPF, arrears, DA with effect from 1.1.2023 to 31.3.2023 and other medical reimbursement. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.1. 4.
