The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed as Constable in U.P. Police in the year 1989 and promoted to the post of Sub-Inspector in the year 2007. However, owing to an allegation that certain amounts were paid in excess, a show cause notice was issued on 27.10.2025, to which the writ petitioner tendered his reply on 10.11.2025. He further submits that despite his reply, final orders have not been passed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.4 and final orders would be passed very soon. 4.
