The writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 14.11.2025 passed by respondent no. 3 and the order dated 15.11.2025 passed by respondent no. 4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Staff Nurse in Primary Health center in pursuance of appointment letter dated 4.2.2014 issued by respondent no. 3 on fixed honorarium of Rs. 16,500/- per month. He submits that a complaint has been made by the petitioner against respondent no. 5 on 10.9.2025 in which inquiry was conducted by the Deputy C.M.O. Bareilly and I/C Medical Officer, Community Health Center and statement of the petitioner was recorded on 13.10.2025 and thereafter, joint inquiry report was submitted on 14.10.2025 but in the inquiry report it was wrongly mentioned that the petitioner
