The grievance of the writ petitioner is that allegedly her husband, who was working in Police Department died in harness on 15.05.2021. The writ petitioner claims to be legally wedded wife, who has sought compassionate appointment. Owing to a situation wherein a dispute stood occurred where the writ petitioner happens to be a wife of the deceased or not. There happens to be a document dated 04.09.2024 under the signature of Superintendent of Police, Shahjahanpur addressed to Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr regarding conduction of inquiry on seven points, relatable to the fact whether the writ petitioner happens to be the wife or not.
