Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Shiv Pratap Singh Rana, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Kuldeep Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner had applied for recruitment on the post of Constable, Railway Protection Force, who was qualified in written examination and Physical Fitness Test was scheduled to be held on 22.11.2025. However, the writ petitioner was also an aspirant and he applied for the post of Constable in Central Armed Police Force. However, since the dates clashed, he did not in the Physical Fitness Test, which as conducted on 22.11.2025. He preferred a representation, which came to be rejected, which is at page-20 of the paper-book. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has sought to argue that the writ petitioner is a meritorious student, thus his entire academic career would be jeopardized.
