Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the District Magistrate Muzaffar Nagar to pass appropriate order on petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2024 pursuant to Enquiry Report dated 13.10.2022 (Ann-14) within stipulated period." 3. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the writ petitioner has no locus standii to maintain the present writ petition as he is the resident of the same village, where Respondent no.5 lives. He further submits that though an inquiry has been set up against Respondent no.5 and there happens to be correspondences at page-80 and 82 of the paper-book, however, as per the policy of the State Go
