The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be the unmarried daughter of the deceased Ram Chandra Singh, who happened to be a Constable in Civil Police, who superannuated in the year 2000 and expired on 29.09.2014. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
