Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court under the signature of the Collector/ District Magistrate, Meerut/ Respondent no.2. dated 27.11.2025. According to him, they are self- sufficient for disposal of the writ petition and he does not propose to file any affidavit. 4. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 5. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner while appointed as Lekhpal was confronted with a departmental proceeding while issuing charge sheet dated 04.03.2017 containing certain charges.
