Heard Sri Aniruddh Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioners have prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No. 2 to declare the results of all the candidates (including the petitioners) by disclosing the actual marks in the recruitment test/examination as well as category of the petitioners. II. Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in to the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
