This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order dated 06.08.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad ('Tribunal'), whereby the Original Application ('OA'), filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to consider his claim for regularization/absorption on the post of Safaiwala, has been dismissed. 2. The claim of the petitioner was that he was engaged as Safaiwala on daily wage basis by the respondents on 23.07.2012 and he served continuously till 19.12.2016 when his services were abruptly terminated. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner approached the Tribunal, which directed the respondents to decide the representation to be made by the petitioner, which was rejected on 22.05.2017.
