Earlier, the writ petitioner had filed Writ A No.8785 of 2025 (Raj Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others), in which on 26.05.2023, the following order has been passed: "1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at this stage without calling for a counter affidavit. 3. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the salary of third amended promotional pay scale/ grade of Jailer i.e. Rs.7500-12000 (Vetan Band Rs.9300-34800 & Grade Pay of Rs.4800) after completing the 26 year
