The petitioner who has been working as Anganbari Karyakarti since 1986 at Anganbadi Centre, Bhori,Allahabad (Prayagraj) is aggrieved by the order date 24.09.2016 terminating the contract of her employment by the Chief Development Project Officer, Bhodi Allahabad. 3. It transpires from the record that both Smt. Pushpa Devi, present petitioner and one Ms. Kishwar Jahan were working as Anganbari worker and Supervisor respectively.
