Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri Mirza Faheem Beg, learned counsel for the writ petitioners as well as Shri Ajay Singh Chandel, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioners, as per instructions from his clients, submits that insofar as writ petitioner Nos. 8, 14, 30, 31, 32, 33, 39, 42, 47, 51, 53, 73, 114, 115, and 118 are concerned, the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before the Court having territorial jurisdiction. 3. Petitioners, who are though currently working as Sub Inspector, claim benefit of one additional increment on completion of 19 years of service taking into account their initial training period. 5.
